It's All in the Packaging

As a minister of the gospel, one of the most polarizing aspects of my calling is being at a dinner party and answering the question, “So what do YOU do?”

So sometimes in order to build bridges for sharing the gospel I dream of answering the question something like this . . .

• I am a marketing consultant for a worldwide global enterprise
• I am a speechwriter for a nationally affiliated non-profit
• I am systems coordinator for a multi-dimensional corporation
• I am a graduate assistant specializing in human development and family systems
• I am a general contractor for a Carpenter who restores vintage artwork 
  
• I am a local ambassador for a universal reconstruction campaign 
  
• I am paid to be a nobody trying to tell everybody about Somebody
  
• I spend my time helping people come to know, love, and serve Jesus.
