What time are your services and where are they held? We have 2 weekly services on Sunday mornings at 9:00am and 11:00am. We also have monthly Evening Services. We are located at 11525 Greenspring Avenue in Lutherville, Maryland, 21093. map and driving directions What is a worship service like at Resurrection? Our Sunday morning services follow a more formal, 20th century traditional Anglican liturgy (form), while our monthly Sunday Evening services have a slightly more informal feel with a blend of 21st century Anglican liturgy. Our goal is that the message and Spirit of Christ, in any of our services, brings the liturgy alive enough so that everyone will feel welcome, comfortable, and able to connect with what is happening in any service irrespective of their church background. All who profess faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior are welcomed to receive the Sacrament with us, regardless of a person’s denomination or church background. How should I dress? Of course we do not have a dress code for any who attend our services. Some of our church family dress in more traditional "Sunday" dress - or "Business Casual" dress, for our Sunday morning services. However, our main goal is that you would feel welcome and comfortable during your visit here at Resurrection. Feel free to dress in any way you feel comfortable. Who can I call if I need to talk to someone? For questions or pastoral issues you can call the church office at any time to speak with someone. The office number is 410-560-0456, and our Office Hours are 9:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday. If you are calling after office hours, you can leave a message and someone will get back to you as soon as possible. How can I get more connected? There are several ways to get more connected at Church of the Resurrection. Community Groups are small groups that meet in peoples homes and are an excellent way to find community. We offer a Resurrection 101 class 3 times a year and it is a good way to learn more about Resurrection as well as to meet others. Another great way to get more connected is to volunteer with any of the ministries at the church. To learn more about how you can volunteer, click here. Do you have a Children’s Program? We do have a vibrant and growing children's program. ResKidz is offered for children from ages 0-12 during our Sunday services. We also have special events throughout the year. We are affiliated with The Diocese of the Mid-Atlantic, which is a part of the Anglican Church in North America. Does Resurrection have Adult Sunday School? We offer City Gate Forum classes several times throughout the year on different topics. These classes are taught by various members of the congregation, and meet at 10:15am on Sundays between the two services. A monthly Financial Update is printed at the bottom of our weekly Resurrection News, which can be found on the Welcome Table outside the Main Sanctuary each Sunday morning. Does the church have anything going on mid-week? We have several ways you can get plugged in during the week. Community Groups meet weekly or bi-weekly in various people's homes. There is also a Men's Bible Study that meets at the church on Thursday mornings, and a Women's Bible Study that meets at the church on Wednesday mornings.
