Sunday Morning Service Ministries
The Sunday Morning Service Ministries are all the ministries that are involved in our Sunday Worship Services.
Below is a list of the various ministries and their leaders. If you are interested in becoming involved in one of the ministries, please fill out our Volunteer Form.
Fellowship Team
The Fellowship Team serves the church by coordinating, and providing the food and drinks for, our Fellowship time after the service each Sunday. Their ministry creates a welcoming environment where everyone, from first-time visitors to regular attenders, can come together after worship to fellowship together and get to know one another more.

Altar Guild
The Altar Guild members serve the Lord and the members and guests of our Church as they partake in the consummate feast - Holy Eucharist. Truly a servant ministry, Guild members are a support to the staff and are unofficial "hostesses" to the Sunday services. They serve individually and as a group, training and supporting one another throughout the year for each of the services.

Acolytes and Chalicists
The Acolyte Ministry serves on Sunday mornings, and other special worship services, in roles including acolyte, torchbearer, and crucifer. This ministry provides a wonderful opportunity to serve the entire congregation. Serving as an acolyte and torchbearer is open to all members of the Resurrection church family from late Elementary School age through adults, and serving as a chalicist is open to all adults in the congregation.

Ushers
The ushers set the tone for a visitor or parishioner's experience of the worship service, as they meet and warmly welcome each person at the door. This ministry includes handling many logistics of the service, in addition to being 'ambassadors of Christ' to all who come through our doors.

Flowers Team
Arranging flowers for the altar each Sunday is a delightful opportunity to rejoice in God's beautiful creation and also to express our own creativity. We welcome new members to share in this service which so enhances our worship experience.
