Publicity Request Form
Due to the large number of requests for advertising in the E-news and Bulletin, we ask that you please read through the following before submitting a Publicity Request.
If your event is being held at Church of the Resurrection, please also fill out a Facilities Use Request Form.
If you have any questions about publicity or communications at Church of the Resurrection, please contact Kate Valdez at communications@resbalt.org.
- Make sure the following form is submitted at least one week (7 days) prior to the date an event is needed to be advertised (usually 4-5 weeks before the actual event date).
- Most publicity will stay advertised for a maximum of three weeks.
- Due to space and resource limitations, some editing may occur.
- Publicity must be for church-related functions or Christian functions that would be of interest to a large portion of those at Church of the Resurrection.
- All publicity requests for church events MUST have prior approval by the event's Ministry Leader or Staff Member.
- If you need graphics, online registration for your event, or any separate printed media (brochures, inserts, cards, etc), please contact Kate Valdez at communications@resbalt.org to set up a phone or in-person meeting.
